Beach Snorkeling Tour North Shore Oahu. This special place only available MAY to SEP, any boats are NOT allowed to come in this protected marine preserve bay. In this incredible North Shore beach snorkeling tour at sharks cove, you’ll visit the North Shore of Oahu. We take you to some of the best snorkeling spots on the North Shore, where you will experience an underwater paradise. Your guided snorkeling adventure includes a professional snorkel instructor, equipment and the ability to not only swim with colorful tropical fish, but with Hawaiian Sea Turtles. You may add photo package which our guide will capture your underwater experience!
IMPORTANT: Those of you, who have never been on the Ocean before, cannot swim, are first time snorkeler, are afraid of water, cannot float on the surface. Strongly recommend choosing our private snorkeling tour. (Please see booking option) If you book small group tour and are unable to come to deep water with our guide, you may miss the tour without refund.

A: No, there is a beach entry that we will snorkel from.

Opposite side (Ocean side) of PUULA ROAD on Kamehameha Hwy at lawn area, find a “green bike pass sign.”
Directions to Departure Location:
From Waikiki or Haleiwa town – Pass the Waimea Bay fire station (on the left) and Pupukea Food Land (on the right), 0.2 miles from the fire station. Pass all food trucks (such as North Shore Tacos etc) and car repair shop Pupukea service on your right. As soon as you pass PUULA ROAD on the right, meeting place is on the left (Ocean side) lawn area, there is green “Bike pass” sign.
The guide will call your name.
From Kahuku (Turtle Bay Resort) – Pass the sunset beach, 1.2 miles from the Pipeline and a Sunset elementary school. When you pass KUMUPALI ROAD, slow down you are 0.2 miles to get meeting place. Just before PUULARoad there is lawn area by the Ocean, find a green bike pass sign. If you see the fire station on your right and Pupukea Food Land on your left you already passed. It is 0.2 miles before the fire station.

Q: What happens if you are late?
A: Please arrive ON TIME. If you are late, we cannot promise you will be able to participate in the tour. No show, no refund, so please DO NOT BE LATE. Be aware there is sometimes heavy traffic at North Shore, especially if your tour time is at 11:30 am or 2 pm.
Q: Do you have pick up service?
A: No, sorry. We do not pick up on North Shore Snorkeling Tour. We do offer pickups on our private tours.
Q: What do we need to bring?
A: You do not need to bring a water bottle, towels or anything to the meeting point. Please be ready to jump in water:). After we meet, we will give you a life jacket and snorkeling gear, then snorkeling instructions on the beach. (Please note: there is no time to change your clothes after we meet.)
Q: We have never been snorkeling before, should we still book?
A: If you are first time snorkeler or cannot swim we strongly recommend booking a private snorkeling tour. *On a booked private tour we will take care of you and your group only, making sure you have the guidance and instructions you need.
Q: I have asthma, can I still book?
A: Yes you can. We don’t really recommend snorkeling if you have asthma or heart problems.
Q: I have a disability, can I still book?
A: It really depends on what your disability is. It is our pleasure to help you as much as we can. Please contact us to accommodate any special needs!
Q: What is your cancellation policy? (This only applies to those who booked direct with us. If you book with third party please see cancellation policy there.)
A: Reservations canceled at least 73 hours prior to the tour will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 73 hours or no shows. Tour dates can be changed for a fee: 20% of tour fee within 73 hours. No change fee if over 73 hours before your tour date.

Sharks Cove, part of Pupukea Marine Life Conservation, has been rated by as one of the “Top Twelve Shore Dives in the World” by Scuba Diving Magazine. Experience incredible snorkeling, with our trained snorkeling guides! All our snorkeling tours are guided by professional snorkel guides that are trained and keep your safety in mind. There is instruction from a professional instructor before entering the water.
You will visit Sharks Cove or what we call “Turtle Cove”. This place is home to the “Honu” (Hawaiian Green Sea turtle) . The water often gets cloudy in the summer months because of so many people that stay close to shore. We go a little further out to get out of the cloudy, sandy water. We guide you to the turtle cleaning station where sea turtles come to clean their shells at the back of the Sharks Cove.
