FAQ

Q: Does this include pick up service?
A: No, this is only photo shoot service. Not includes, pick up or any tour

Q: I want you to come on the snorkeling boat tour. Can you take underwater photos too?
A: Yes, certainly. Don’t forget to book extra person on your tour for our photographer. Please contact us before you book.

Q: How can we get all photos and when?
A: We will upload all of your photos on our photo website that you may download from there. Please allowed to us to up load 1 to 3 days after the tour. We will Email you when you are ready to download.

Q: Do you do wedding shoot?
A: Sorry we do not do wedding photos.

Q: We don’t know what activities we want or how many activities we can. Can you hep us to make a plan?
A: Certainly, contact us!

Q: What is your cancellation policy? (This only applies to those who booked directly with us. If you book with a third party please see cancellation policy there.)
A: Reservations canceled at least 73 hours prior to the tour will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 73 hours or no-shows. Tour dates can be changed for a fee: 20% of tour fee within 73 hours. No change fee if over 73 hours before your tour date.
