It was an amazing snorkeling day today on our West Oahu Snorkeling Tour. A manta ray showed up and was dancing in front of us!
Our West Oahu land and snorkeling tour is not only a snorkeling tour. We stop by a few places before we jump into the water. We visit Legendary surf beach, Sacred Valley, Hawaiian Ancient Temple or Heiau, and we drive through beautiful beaches.
Our snorkeling place is a very calm place and home of the Honu, or Hawaiian green sea turtle. We do not use a boat to go out so you don’t have to worry about becoming sea sick or jumping into deep water. We start from the beach so you can practice shallow water at the beginning.
The Ocean is very beautiful and interesting. Every time I go into the water, I see something different.
As I said the place we go is a shallow place, and only 100 yards from the beach. We’ve seen very rare sea turtles, hawksbill turtles, white tip sharks (don’t worry this is not a 10 ft man eater shark, it is just 4 ft reef shark.), spotted eargle ray and today we were wowed when a manta ray showed up! He was dancing for few minutes in front of us. Look at this picture, this is our snorkeling site and guests we brought with us. It is very safe with calm water, great for everyone!
